Does my venue need power or water hookups?
No — nothing at all. The suite is 100% solar powered, running silently on rooftop solar and its onboard battery bank, with fresh water carried onboard. That means it can be placed anywhere on your property — a hilltop, a vineyard row, a field — with no cords, no hookups, and none of the generator noise that bleeds into ceremonies, toasts, and wedding films. If your venue does offer a shore-power connection we’ll gladly use it, but running on solar alone never costs you anything extra.
How many guests can it handle?
Our four private suites comfortably serve events of 250+ guests for a full evening, and The Soirée handles 150 on its own. For festivals and grand weddings of 400+, we bring both trailers together — six private suites, one setup, one invoice (The Grand Affair).
What does “all-inclusive” actually include?
Delivery, professional placement and leveling, silent battery power, fresh water, climate control, a fully stocked interior (paper, soap, amenity trays), and pickup. The published price is the invoice price.
How far in advance should I book?
Peak wedding Saturdays (May–October) book earliest — we recommend reserving as soon as you have your date. A 50% deposit holds your date; the balance is due two weeks before your event.
Do you travel outside the St. Louis area?
Yes. Our published prices cover venues within about an hour of the Arch, on either side of the river. Beyond that, we happily travel up to three hours in any direction — destination weddings at the Lake, Hermann and Augusta wine country, Columbia, Cape Girardeau — with a straightforward travel charge based on round-trip distance. It’s quoted upfront with your rental, so the all-in promise still holds: one number, no surprises.
Can it be used in winter?
Yes — the suite is fully heated and winterized, so holiday parties, winter weddings, and cold-weather events stay just as comfortable as June ones.
How does payment work?
Simple and all online: a 50% deposit reserves your date, paid securely by card or bank transfer through the invoice we email you — no checks, no phone calls. The balance is due two weeks before your event, and the invoice total always matches the published price. Your date is locked the moment the deposit lands.
Where should it be placed at my venue?
Almost anywhere you like — with no power or water constraints, placement is about looks and access, not logistics. We need firm, reasonably level ground the truck can reach; during setup we place, level, and stabilize the suite and dress the entry so it complements your event design.
